Healthy Drink - Carrot orange ginger juice - summer energy booster



Ingredients

  • Carrot - 2 peel the skin and chopped
  • Orange – 1 peel the skin
  • Lemon - ½ juice
  • Sugar / Honey – According to your taste
  • Fresh ginger - ½ tsp (optional)
  • Ice cubes – 3 to 4 


Preparation 

  • Add all the above Ingredients to the blender except honey and blend until smooth.
  • Strain using a filter and serve immediately.
  • Serve fresh, healthy carrot orange juice.

Seasonal refreshing watermelon fruit juice recipes



Ingredients

  •  Watermelon - 3 cups (cut and remove seed)
  •  Sugar – According to your taste
  •  Fresh ginger - ½ tsp (optional)
  •  Ice cubes – 3 to 4 

Preparation 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth!
  • Transfer it to the glass and serve.
  • Refreshing and naturally fruit juice recipe.
  • Before blend the fruit place that in the refrigerator, for this no need to add ice cube (optional)
