Chilli Chicken / chicken 65 recipes



Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken – 1/2 kg (clean n washed)
  • Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Curd - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
  • Red food colour - a pinch (optional)
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Onion chopped – 1
  • Curry leaves few
  • Salt

Preparation

  • In a bowl add chicken, chilli powder, GG paste, salt, curd, vinegar, rice flour and corn flour. Mix well and taste the masala for salt and spice. Adjust according to your taste.
  • Marinate the chicken for 30 mins to 1 hour.
    Heat the pan with oil and deep fry the marinated chicken. 
  • After frying the chicken, add the onion, chili and curry leaves into the oil and fry till crispy.
  • Mix well both the fried chicken and the onion mixture.  
  • Now ready to serve chilli chicken as starter, snacks with rice.
