Guacamole Recipe – Avocado / Butter fruit Recipe



Ingredients

  • Avocado – 1 ripe
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • fresh lemon juice  - 1 Tbsp
  • Big onion  - 1  finely chopped
  • Green chili / chili flakes as required
  • Coriander leaf few (optional)
  • black pepper – as per your taste
  • Small tomato -  1 finely chopped
Preparation
  • Cut the avocados into half and remove seed. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  • Roughly mash the avocado. Now add salt, lime juice, onion, pepper, chili/ chili flake, coriander and mix well. Place it in refrigerator.
  • Add tomatoes before serving,  as chilling tomatoes affect their flavor of the dish.
  • Ready to serve healthy guacamole - avocado/butter fruit recipe.
Note:

Storage recommendation: Place the guacamole in air tight box while storing in refrigerator to avoid air reaching it. (It prevents guacamole turning brown).

It tastes much better if server chill.

Just tried a different recipe with avocado, it comes out well.  Try it and enjoy the tasty and healthy Guacamole with chips, baked potato, boiled veggies, fish fry etc.…
