Cauliflower Paneer Fry



Ingredients
  • Paneer cubes - 1 cup
  • Cauliflower - 1 cup
  • Onion- 2 chopped
  • Tomato- 1 chopped
  • Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1tsp
  • Green chilli – 1 chopped
  • Garam masala- ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 1tpsb
Preparation


  • Heat the pan with oil, chilli, ginger garlic paste, saute for 1 min, add onion, fry till transparent and then add the tomatoes, cook till smash on medium flame.
  • Add the cauliflower and sprinkle some water and stir fry for 3 minutes on a low flame.
  • When the cauliflower are half cooked, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Coriander powder, paneer cubes and salt. Mix well and Sprinkle few drops of water, simmer for 4-5 minutes till the raw smell leaves.
  • Finally add the garam masala and mix well. Cook for one more min.
  • Ready to serve spicy cauliflower paneer stir fry with roti and rice varieties.
