Ingredients
- Keerai - 2 bunches
- Moondal – 2 tbsp
- Small
onion - 6 (chopped)
Salt to taste
For seasoning
- Mustard seeds -1 tsp
- Red chillies -2

Hing - a pinch
Preparation
- Wash keerai (greens) well and chop finely.
- Heat the kadai add oil, Mustard Red chillies Hing, onion, chopped greens and add moondal. Mix well and add 1/4 cup of water and salt.
- Cook well in a low flame until get dry. Now the crunchy moondal keerai poriyal is ready to serve.
- Serve with sambar rice, rasam too and even you can serve with chappathi too, it goes well.
