Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken – 1/2 kg (clean n washed)
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Curd - 1 tbsp
- Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
- Red food colour - a pinch (optional)
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Oil to fry
- Green chilli - 2
- Onion chopped – 1
- Curry leaves few
- Salt
Preparation
- In a bowl add chicken, chilli powder, GG paste, salt, curd, vinegar, rice flour and corn flour. Mix well and taste the masala for salt and spice. Adjust according to your taste.
- Marinate the chicken for 30 mins to 1 hour.
Heat the pan with oil and deep fry the marinated chicken. - After frying the chicken, add the onion, chili and curry leaves into the oil and fry till crispy.
- Mix well both the fried chicken and the onion mixture.
- Now ready to serve chilli chicken as starter, snacks with rice.
