Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 1 ½ Cup
- Onion chopped – ½ Cup
- Green chill /red chilli – 3 to 4
- Curry leaves Few
- Coriander leaves few
- Salt to taste
- oil – 2 Tsp
- Water required
Preparation
- Take a bowl and add all ingredients and mix well.
- The batter should be soft dough and little sticky.
- Now heat the dosa pan, spread little oil, take small dough put it on the pan, dip fingers in water, immediately spread the dough and make it to round shape then add oil, and cook both side till golden brown.
- Ready to serve Gothumai / wheat roti.
