Ingredients
- Large tomato – 3 chopped
- Chilli powder – 1 tbsp (add according to your spicy taste)
- Garlic – 5-6
- Mustard seed – ½ tsp
- Channa dal – ½ tsp
- Salt
- Curry leaves few
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Add chopped tomatoes, garlic and salt in mixer jar and grind it a smooth paste.
- Heat the pan with oil, add mustard, channa dal, curry leaves and the grounded tomato paste and add chilli powder. Mix well.
- In low flame, add little water and allow to cook until the raw smell goes off.
- Ready to serve spicy and tangy tomato chutney.
