- Cooked Rice -1 cup
- Sesame seed oil -3 tsp
- Lemon -1 (Squeeze juice)
- Roasted Peanut – few (optional)
- Small onion -3 chopped (optional)
- Mustard seeds -1 tsp
- Green chillies -1
- Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
- Urad dal -1 tsp
- Channa dal -1 tsp
- Red Chillies -2
- Asafoetida -a pinch
- Curry leaves – few
- Coriander leaves – few
- Salt
- Add a tsp of oil to the cooked rice and spread it on a plate to cool down.
- Now heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds, after split, add channa dal, urad dal, Saute till the dal change golden color.
- Add chillies, onion, asafoetida, curry leaves and turmeric powder. Saute for few sec.
- Now add the lemon juice and salt Mix well and switch off the gas.
- Add the cooked rice and mix well.
- Finally garnish with peanut and coriander leave.
