Ingredients
- Egg – 3
- Green Chillies – 1 chopped finely
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Big onion – 1 finely chopped
- Coriander leaves – few finely chopped
- Curry leaves – few finely chopped
- Black Pepper – 1.5 tsp or to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Preparation
- First beat the egg well and kept aside.
- Heat the pan with oil, add cumin, curry leaves, chili, onion, salt, pepper and saute for 2 to 3 mins.
- Finally, add coriander leaf and allow the mixture to cool.
- Now mix egg with onion mixture and mix well.
- Heat paniyaram pan with little oil. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook till golden color on both sides in low flame.
