Egg paniyaram recipe - Muttai paniyaram recipe

Ingredients

  • Egg – 3
  • Green Chillies – 1 chopped finely
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Big onion – 1 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves – few finely chopped
  • Curry leaves – few finely chopped
  • Black Pepper – 1.5 tsp or to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Preparation

  • First beat the egg well and kept aside.
  • Heat the pan with oil, add cumin, curry leaves, chili, onion, salt, pepper and saute for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Finally, add coriander leaf and allow the mixture to cool.
  • Now mix egg with onion mixture and mix well.
  • Heat paniyaram pan with little oil. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook till golden color on both sides in low flame.
  • Now it’s ready to serve hot.
