Ingredients
- Tamarind extract - Small lemon sized
- Small onion – 10
- Garlic - 6
- Curry leaves - 3/4 cup

Tomato small -1
- Red chillies powder – 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 3 tbsp
- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – a pinch
- Fenugreek seeds -1/2 tsp
- Salt needed
Preparation
- Heat a tsp of oil, then add curry leaves, toss it for a few seconds. Put it in a mixer grinder and add coriander powder, red chilli powder, little water grind everything like a smooth paste. Soak tamarind in water, extract tamarind juice. Keep it aside.
- Heat the pan with oil and add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, onion garlic and tomato. Saute until color change.
- Now add tamarind water allow to boil for 2 mints. Then add the ground past and required salt, mix well.
- Reduce the flame and cook until the kulambu gets thick and oil exudes out.
- Ready to taste the Curry Leaves Kuzhambu.
- Ready to serve south Indian special with rice, idly and chapathi.
