Ingredients
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup
- Small onion - 10 chopped
- Jeera-1 tsp
- Mustard seed -1 tsp
- Green chilli – 2
- Oil -2 tsp (coconut oil optional)
- Salt
Preparation
- Wash the coriander leaves, grind it along with green chilli by adding less water. Keep the paste aside.
- Now heat the pan with oil, add mustard, jeera, and add onions and saute till it colour change.
- Then add the ground paste, and add salt as per your taste and saute until 3mins.
- Finally, remove from flame and add the rice and mix well, taste and add if salt required.
- Ready to serve South Indian special kothamalli sadam(Coriander Rice)with raitha.
