Instant Tomato Chilli Chutney

Ingredients
  • Tomatoes - 1 chopped
  • Red Chilli  - 4-5 
  • Garlic - 3 
  • Tamarind small piece
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame oil - 4 tbsp
  • Curry leaves few 
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • In a mixer grinder, add tomatoes,tamarind,red chilli, salt and garlic grind it smooth paste.
  • Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add the paste, curry leaves and allow to boil until the raw smell leave.
  • Ready to serve instant and easy tomato chilly chutney with idly and dosa.
Instant and quick preparation for tiffin.
