Potato fry

Ingredients
  • Potatoes – 6 cut it into small size 
  • Oil – 5 tsp
  • Cumin – 1tsp
  • Mustard – ½ tsp 
  • Red chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp
  • Hing - pinch
  • Curry leaves few
  • Salt to taste
Preparation
  • Wash the potatoes and cut it into small pieces.
  • Heat the pan with oil, add mustard and wait till it splits, then add the cumin,
  • hing and curry leaves. Saute a sec.
  • Now add the potatoes and saute for 2 min and add the chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  • Cook in low flame till all the potatoes roast well.
  • Ready to serve tasty potato fry with sambar, rasam and curd rice.
