Ingredients
- Potatoes – 6 cut it into small size
- Oil – 5 tsp
- Cumin – 1tsp
- Mustard – ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp
- Hing - pinch
- Curry leaves few
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Wash the potatoes and cut it into small pieces.
- Heat the pan with oil, add mustard and wait till it splits, then add the cumin,
- hing and curry leaves. Saute a sec.
- Now add the potatoes and saute for 2 min and add the chilli powder, salt and mix well.
- Cook in low flame till all the potatoes roast well.
- Ready to serve tasty potato fry with sambar, rasam and curd rice.
