Ingredients
- Paneer cubes - 1 cup
- Cauliflower - 1 cup
- Onion- 2 chopped
- Tomato- 1 chopped
- Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1tsp
- Green chilli – 1 chopped
- Garam masala- ½ tsp
- Coriander powder- 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1tpsb
Preparation
- Heat the pan with oil, chilli, ginger garlic paste, saute for 1 min, add onion, fry till transparent and then add the tomatoes, cook till smash on medium flame.
- Add the cauliflower and sprinkle some water and stir fry for 3 minutes on a low flame.
- When the cauliflower are half cooked, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Coriander powder, paneer cubes and salt. Mix well and Sprinkle few drops of water, simmer for 4-5 minutes till the raw smell leaves.
- Finally add the garam masala and mix well. Cook for one more min.
- Ready to serve spicy cauliflower paneer stir fry with roti and rice varieties.
